Use of the service
By using MyChaseTCG, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and only with images, prompts, names, notes, and other content that you have the right to use.
You must not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, hateful, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
AI-generated results
The service uses AI-assisted generation. Results are creative previews and may be unexpected, imperfect, inaccurate, inconsistent, or different from your prompt or reference.
We do not guarantee that a generation will match a specific reference, style, character, brand, likeness, pose, card layout, text treatment, or expectation. You are responsible for reviewing generated cards before checkout.
User content
You retain responsibility for the content you upload and the instructions you provide. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for images, names, likenesses, notes, and other content you submit.
Do not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, confidentiality, platform rules, or applicable law.
Third-party brands and inspiration
MyChaseTCG may allow creative references or style inspiration, but generated cards are not official products from third-party brands unless expressly stated by that brand.
You must not use MyChaseTCG to counterfeit cards, misrepresent affiliation, resell infringing products, or create materials that confuse people into thinking they are official third-party merchandise.
Orders and payments
Orders are submitted for production after checkout and payment confirmation. Prices, product availability, promotional offers, and production timelines may change before checkout is completed.
You are responsible for checking the approved previews, product selections, quantities, shipping details, and checkout information before paying.
Print output
Printed products may differ slightly from screen previews due to display settings, image resolution, production processes, material finish, trimming tolerance, colour conversion, and lighting.
We aim to prepare print-ready files from the approved card assets, but minor production variation is normal for custom printed goods.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access if we believe the service is being misused, abused, attacked, or used in a way that creates legal, safety, operational, or reputational risk.
Availability
The site, design studio, AI generation, checkout, email, storage, and fulfilment services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted.
We may update, pause, limit, or change parts of the service during testing, maintenance, scaling, or production preparation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyChaseTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, generated outputs, delays, order issues, delivery issues, or third-party provider issues.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops, especially during launch testing and production preparation. The latest version will be available on this page.
Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
