Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide the service, including account details, uploaded images, generated card assets, design inputs, notes, layout and style selections, cart details, order details, support messages, and technical data.
Technical data may include device type, browser, IP-related logs, request times, error logs, performance information, and usage activity needed to operate, protect, and improve the site.
How we use information
We use your information to create and store card previews, operate the design studio, process checkout and orders, provide customer support, send account and order communications, improve the product, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Uploaded images and notes may be sent to AI generation providers as part of creating your preview. Generated results are stored so you can review, save, order, and access your cards.
Service providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, cloud storage, AI image generation, payment processing, checkout, email delivery, analytics, printing, packaging, courier delivery, and customer support.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and to you. Examples include cloud hosting providers, Shopify, email/SMTP providers, AI providers, printers, and delivery partners.
Images and generated cards
Your uploaded images and generated cards are personal content associated with your account and orders. We use them to provide the design studio, prepare print files, fulfil orders, handle support, and maintain order records.
We may display selected cards in a public gallery only when we have selected or uploaded them for display and it is appropriate to do so. Sensitive or private customer content should not be uploaded for gallery use.
Payments
Payments and checkout are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not need to store full card numbers in MyChaseTCG.
We may store checkout references, Shopify order IDs, payment status, fulfilment status, tracking information, and related order metadata so that orders can be reconciled and supported.
Retention
We keep account, generated card, and order information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
Some generated or uploaded assets may be deleted, archived, or optimized over time, especially if they are drafts, test content, duplicate assets, or no longer needed for an order.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, including account authentication, access controls, cloud storage controls, webhook verification, and operational monitoring.
No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use a strong password, keep your login details private, and avoid uploading sensitive personal documents or private material that is not needed for your card.
Your choices
You can choose what to upload, what to generate, which previews to save, and which cards to approve for checkout. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information.
Some information may need to be retained for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, customer support, or order-record reasons.
