What is MyChaseTCG?
MyChaseTCG is a custom trading card gift service. You upload one or more images, choose a card layout and artwork style, add the name, energy, and note, then generate card previews in the design studio.
The service is built around personal gifts, keepsakes, family jokes, pets, teams, birthdays, milestones, and collectible-style memories. You approve the generated cards you like before adding them to checkout.
Does the design studio use AI?
Yes. The design studio uses AI-assisted image generation and composition tools. AI output can be surprising, inconsistent, imperfect, or unexpected, and no exact result can be guaranteed.
We treat that randomness as part of the creative process. You can generate previews, compare options, keep the version that feels right, and avoid checkout until you are happy with what you see.
What layouts are available?
The main design studio supports different layouts. Transform turns one uploaded image into a finished custom card. Scene Swap uses your image plus a reference image to guide the scene, pose, or overall card direction. Team Up combines multiple people or pets into one friendly team-style card.
Layouts control the structure and inputs. Artwork styles control the visual treatment, such as fantasy, manga, comic, watercolor, anime, storybook, pixel art, clay toy, or vintage poster where those styles are available.
What can I upload?
Upload images that you own, created yourself, or have permission to use. The best results usually come from clear, well-lit images where the main subject is visible and not heavily obscured.
Avoid uploading private documents, sensitive personal information, offensive material, unlawful material, or anything you do not have rights to use. You are responsible for the images, names, notes, and instructions you provide.
Can I use favourite TCGs as inspiration?
The design studio may let you use favourite trading card games, characters, scenes, or card-like references as creative inspiration. This is intended for personal, novelty, and gift-style output.
Generated cards are not official products from any third-party brand unless clearly stated by that brand. You should not use the service to mislead others, counterfeit real cards, or create commercial material that infringes someone else ' s rights.
When does printing start?
Printing starts only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. Cards in the design studio or cart are still editable previews until they become part of a paid order.
After payment, the order moves into review, print preparation, batching, printing, packing, and delivery updates where available.
Can I edit after checkout?
Once payment is confirmed, the paid cards are removed from the design studio and moved into your orders area. This prevents accidental edits to artwork that may already be moving toward print.
If you notice a serious issue immediately after checkout, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after production begins.
How many card generations do I get?
Every successfully placed order includes 20 card generations for that order. The studio will show whether generation is available and whether your request is queued.
If generation demand is high, your card may wait before processing. We use a queue so browsing and ordering can continue while image generation runs separately.
What if a result looks wrong?
AI can misread details, alter faces, simplify objects, invent details, or place text differently from what you expected. Generate another version, adjust the note, try a clearer image, or choose a different layout or style.
For paid orders, we prepare files based on the previews you approved. Please check the card carefully before checkout.
